MNCARS

In 2016, we founded and funded a new non-profit, Minnesota Careers in Auto Repair and Service (MNCARS). The goal of MNCARS is to secure a future workforce for Minnesota's automotive industry. It does this by raising awareness and recruiting young people into technical college programs for both mechanical and collision repair, and ultimately, into careers in the industry.

"I look forward to traveling to the Cities to attend the Annual Meeting & Leadership Conference each year. The classes I’ve attended have helped me keep my business moving in a positive direction.”

– Travis Doyle, Arrowhead Auto Body, Duluth.

“My shop has been using the AASPMN's credit card processing program for several years. Not only are the rates extremely competitive, but the one-on-one customer service we get when there is an issue is unbeatable.”

Jerald Stiele, Hopkins Auto Body, Hopkins.

“My shop has been a member of the AASPMN for a long time. I have used members as a resource many times. I’ve been able to visit other shops to see how their work flow is set up, I’ve made phone calls to members to discuss various issues and I’ve been able to help out other members who have called me as well. As a new business owner I have found AASPMN to be a great resource.”

Tony Newman, Dale Feste Auto, Hopkins.
